| Time & Priority Managment |
This one day programme examines what prevents us doing the right thing at the right time and how energy levels affect our efficient use of time. Participants will learn simple techniques to raise and maintain energy levels leading to greater focus and ability to prioritise. Participants will also examine the different levels of attention and how to improve memory and make the best use of our time. |

The aim of the refresher day is to provide participants with an opportunity to re-connect with the principles, re-invigorate the practices and restore commitment to maintaining the discipline given on the original course.
In addition, further areas where stress is the common experience will be addressed, e.g. conflict, decision making, speech and fear. |
